Had myself a good old photo-day today, regardless of the fact weather sucks in this city. Also managed to hit up some pharmacies to get me some new insoles and tensor bandage (which work like a charm, thx Adam). Feeling better already.
I had bought a three day museum pass two days ago, and I only had one night left in Berlin, so i decided to purchase myself another night. I went to the counter and explained my intentions, but it seems there was a bank error in my favor, so I collected my 150 bone and went on to the downtown. Given my freebee day (15EU), I made a decision to do something fun, so I went to the Sony Center (which is an amazing complex), and bought myself a ticket to-
BOND
Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.
Nothing is quite the same as sitting in a theatre and watching bad guys get blown to bits....... by Bond.
Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.
The only thing I can safely say about the movie without giving too much away is this:
BOND DIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111111oneoneoneone FOREVER!!!
sorry......I mean:
Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.
It was great, and a few old Bond themes made their return in Quantum, which I approve of under the assumption Casino Royal was a "new start" for the Bond franchise.
I have much more to say about what I thought, but I'll have to stop myself for now. If you go and see the movie, and you wanna toss some opinions around, feel free to send an e-mail my way so we don't spoil it for all the silly people. I'll try and stay on top of checking more frequently.

JEALOUS!!!!!! I just bought tix today to opening night next week. Why does NA have to be so far behind civilized society when it comes to watching people "get blown to bits". haha.
Glad you made the time to see it though!
What do you mean "thanks Adam".
Don't you read yout comments. You cut me Kyle...you cut me real deep. (hmmm, I wonder if Nutalla could fix that too)
Your Berlin picture was really cool and I enjoyed the slide show.
I haven't seen Bond yet but I really liked the bit with the shooting and the chasing and that time that thing blew up and he drove fast in his car and used that neat gadget. That was so cool.
I hope you make it to Vimmy for Nov.11th. It will be well worth the effort.

Arras is a setting in several famous works of French literature:
"In Edmond Rostand's play Cyrano de Bergerac, the fourth act takes place during the French siege of Arras in 1640 during the Thirty Years' War
In Victor Hugo's novel Les Misérables, Arras is the scene of Champmathieu's trial
Antoine de Saint-Exupéry wrote a story called Pilote de Guerre (English title: Flight to Arras)
Arras is also mentioned in the novel Generals Die in Bed by Charles Yale Harrison; Canadian soldiers are depicted looting the town during World War I."
I hope you will be a better representative of Canada!
I don't know when (or if) I will see the new James Bond flick, but the movie channel is playing all Bond, all the time. Last night I accidentally had some caffeinated coffee at night, so I stayed up to watch Live and Let Die (famous for it's painfully slow dipping mechanism and sharks with frickin' lazer beams attached to their... no wait. That was something different. Tonight, should it be Octopussy or Moonraker? Decisions, decisions.
Bon voyage. Mama
